Planning insight for the price of a coffee
Most paid property data tools start at £14 a month and run to hundreds. We do one part of the job, planning, and charge £5 for it. Here is the market as published, and where we are narrower.

- We do not cover every council yet. See which ones, and check yours before you sign up.
- No land ownership or title searches.
- No site-finding map layers such as flood, green belt or constraints.
