1. Overview
Telnwa Property Intelligence provides planning alerts using public planning application data and the account information needed to operate the service. This page describes the data the product currently uses and the assumptions reflected in the live MVP.
2. Data we collect
- Account data you submit directly, such as email address and password.
- Saved planning alert rules, including tracked postcode, radius, categories, and keywords.
- Public planning application records and associated source provenance from councils or planning data providers.
3. How we use the data
- Authenticate your account and keep you signed in.
- Store and retrieve your saved planning alert rules.
- Match planning applications to those rules and show AI-generated summaries and relevance explanations.
4. Public planning data
The service depends on public planning application data. Source council names, application references, source links, and licence attribution are shown in the product so users can distinguish official records from AI-generated interpretation.
5. Third-party processing
Card payments for the Pro plan are taken by Stripe. We do not see or store your card number. We use Google Tag Manager to load measurement tools on this site. They run only if you press Accept on the cookie notice; then Google and any tool loaded through it can receive information about how you use the pages, such as which pages you open and your device and browser details. If you reject, nothing is measured. You can change your choice at any time from Cookie settings in the footer.
